We do not collect or store unnecessary data — and we absolutely do not track or profile your activity outside the Campitch platform.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.
The only time your data is shared is when:
- You make a booking, and
- The relevant campsite needs your details to prepare for your stay.
Unlike other platforms where vendors may “own” or retain your data permanently, Campitch retains full control of all camper records, and campsite owners are only given access to the booking information required to fulfil your stay. Nothing more.

Your data is encrypted and securely stored. We use trusted infrastructure and comply with UK GDPR requirements.
- Stripe handles all payment data. Campitch never stores full card details.
- Access to your information is limited only to Campitch staff and the campsite you have booked with.
