Campitch Booking Policy

1. Booking Process

  • All bookings are made directly with the campsite/vendor via the Campitch platform.
  • Campers will receive email confirmation once a booking is submitted.
  • Unless there is a problem then the booking will be active after booking

2. Payment

  • Full payment is taken at the time of booking via our secure checkout system.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Non-refundable bookings: Bookings that fall within 30 days to arrival will be charged in full and not refunded, bookings outside of this time scale can be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
  • Amendments: Campers can request changes (e.g. dates or number of guests) by calling the campsite. These changes are subject to vendor approval and availability.

4. Amendments

  • Booking amendments must be made at least 72 hours before the original check-in date.

5. Vendor Cancellations

  • If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking, campers will receive a full refund and assistance in finding an alternative.

6. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in and check-out times are specified on each listing. Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed with the vendor.

7. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Campers must comply with the campsite’s rules and regulations, which are outlined in the listing and may also be reiterated on arrival.
  • Vendors reserve the right to remove any guests who fail to comply with site rules.

8. Cashback Members

  • Campers with a valid Cashback Club membership will receive savings based on the vendor’s Flexi Plan. Cashback is processed after check-out. Any bookings that are made with non flexi plan campsites ( these are visible on our website) then no cashback will be earned.

9. Disputes

  • In the event of a dispute, Campitch will attempt to mediate where possible but cannot guarantee a resolution.
  • All bookings are contracts between the camper and vendor directly.

  • For urgent issues, please contact the vendor using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
