At Campitch, we aim to provide a fair and consistent booking experience that balances flexibility for campers with protection for campsite owners. Please read the following policy carefully before booking.
📆 30-Day Non-Refundable Policy
All bookings made via Campitch are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.
- No monetary refunds will be issued for cancellations that fall within this 30-day period.
- This policy is in place to protect our campsite partners from last-minute cancellations that can severely affect their operations.
- Campitch will not enter into correspondence or mediation where a cancellation request falls within this window.
However, we do encourage campsites to be reasonable, and we support campsite owners offering date changes as a goodwill gesture where possible. While this is not guaranteed, we are happy to assist with communication if you wish to amend your booking.
💷 Refunds for Cancellations Outside 30 Days
If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- You can cancel directly from your Camper Dashboard under the Bookings section.
- Campitch holds all booking funds securely until the booking date, ensuring safe and timely processing for valid refunds.
🔁 Rescheduling Instead of Cancelling
If your cancellation falls inside the 30-day window, you can request a date change. This must be agreed by the campsite owner and is subject to availability and discretion. We’re happy to help relay your request through our platform.

- This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made via Campitch, regardless of campsite or listing.
- Each campsite may have their own internal policies, but the 30-day refund rule set by Campitch takes precedence.
