Cancellations made 30 days or less before the check-in date are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If more than 30 days’ notice is given before arrival, you may receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
Date changes may be permitted if the campsite agrees. These are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before check-in.
All cancellation and amendment requests must be made with the campsite direct.
Refunds (where eligible) are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
