Campitch Cashback Policy

1. How Cashback Works

Campitch offers exclusive cashback rewards to members of the Cashback Club. When you book a campsite that takes part in the Flexi Plan programme, you earn a percentage of your booking total as cashback.

2. Earning Cashback

• Cashback is only earned on campsites that are enrolled in a Flexi Plan.
• Each participating campsite clearly displays their Flexi Plan and the associated cashback rate:
  • Flexi 5 – 2% cashback
  • Flexi 10 – 4% cashback
  • Flexi 15 – 8% cashback
• Non-participating campsites do not offer cashback.

3. Cashback Balance

Your earned cashback is tracked in real-time and can be viewed at any time in your Camper Dashboard under the “My Cashback” section.

4. Redeeming Cashback

• Campers can convert cashback into custom discount coupons of any amount (up to their balance).
• These coupons are single-use only and must be applied at the time of booking.
• Once a coupon is generated and used, the corresponding cashback amount is deducted from your balance.

5. Expiry & Restrictions

• Cashback does not currently expire, but may be subject to change in the future.
• Cashback is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
